Cappuccino
A composition of 1/3 lukewarm espresso, 1/3 hot milk, and 1/3 of milk froth.
Select cappuccino frothing disc.
Ingredients (1 portion):
1 small cup of espresso,
200 ml fresh cold milk,
1/2 - 1 pack vanilla sugar (to taste),
1/2 teaspoon shaved chocolate or cacao powder.
Prepare espresso in a large cappuccino cup (for approx. 300 ml). Fill milk in the jug, select
the desired temperature and let the appliance operate for approx. 30 seconds. Slowly add
vanilla sugar. As soon as the frothing process is complete, carefully pour the liquid to the
espresso. Use a wooden or plastic spoon to cover with froth. At least sprinkle with chocolate
or cacao powder.
Latté
Latté is a blend of 1/3 espresso to 2/3 frothed milk.
Select latté frothing disc.
Ingredients (1 portion):
1 small cup espresso,
200 ml fresh,
cold milk,
caster sugar to taste.
Fill espresso in a huge narrow glass (approx. 300 ml in size). Prepare milk in the Milk Fro-
ther, adding sugar to taste. Tilt the latté glass a little and pour the milk slowly down the inner
side of the glass, thus getting layers of milk, coffee and froth.
